Don't condemn masturbating judges until you know all of the facts

I think that the Oklahoma Attorney General acted a bit prematurely when he filed a complaint against Judge Donald D. Thompson for using a penis pump to masturbate during a trial. We don't know whether he was imagining sex with a man or a woman at the time.

If it was a woman, then I really don't see the problem, especially considering that he did it during a murder trial. Anybody who watches the cable news outlets' wall-to-wall coverage of the Peterson case knows that murder cases are the new American aphrodisiac.

Besides, the man is a good tough-on-crime judge. He even gives the death penalty to retarded people.
