It depends on what the meaning of "that" is

President George W. Bush talks to the press at his ranch in Crawford, Texas, August 23, 2004. Under pressure from Democrats and Republican Sen. John McCain, Bush on Monday called for ads attacking John Kerry's record in Vietnam to be stopped along with others run by independent groups, and said Kerry should be proud of his war service. (Jeff Mitchell/Reuters)Our Leader proclaims "that ad and every other ad" should stop running on the airwaves he generously licenses. While the lapdog media properly interpreted "that" to mean a Swift Boat Veterans for Truth ad, Our Leader, in a private fundraiser following these remarks, cagily indicated he was referring to "that other ad."

Update: Jeffrey Dubner has more at Tapped.
Update #2: Yet more by Josh Marshall, who notes that MSNBC fell for it completely. The "that" is already off the air while a new ad begins tomorrow.
