The Chicago Tribune's
Eric Zorn asks an important question: Who is more patriotic, God-fearing, and supportive of Our Leader,
Betty Bowers or our own General J.C. Christian?

In some respects, Zorn (a name like that suggests he is either French, Communist, or worst of all, a Neoconservative, but definitely a Christ-denier) is asking the faithful to make an impossible choice, such as which one of
Our Leader's children they prefer,
Jenna or not-Jenna? Both are loved by the
adoring throngs, after all, no doubt because their choice of
social engagements aren't featured as prominently as their convention work.
This site has always respected the fine work done by Mrs. Bowers for
her church. It would be difficult to come up with a finer example of Republican womanhood, saving for Jenna and not-Jenna, of course. Or
Laura Bush, or Executive First Lady
Barbara Bush. Or Karen Hughes, or Condoleeza Rice, or Phyllis Schlafly, or Roberta Coombs, or... but the point is, Betty is in fine company.
Eric Zorn, like his idol Flipflop Heinz Waffler, cannot decide which of these two individuals are Godlier, but regular readers have no doubt whatsoever which one is
more manly.
