A tip of the old helmet to Rep. Don Sherwood for doing the right thing and buying off the woman he strangled. It's that kind of chivalry that won him a 100% rating from the god-fearing, blue-haired, beehive-coiffed ladies at Concerned Women For America.

I don't see how his opponent, Chris Carney, can top that.
