The rest of the story

Regular readers may recall that I'm a big fan of This Divided State, a documentary about the fight over Michael Moore's appearance at Utah Valley State College. Although I thought Kay Anderson, who opposed Moore's appearance, calling it "the introduction of evil into our community" was the film's true hero, others point to the student, Joe Vogel, he sued for inviting Moore, asserting that Vogel acted heroically in defending the antiquated concept of free speech.

Now, Mr. Vogel has written a book, Free Speech 101, telling his side of the story. I don't know what to think about him. He calls himself a conservative, yet he seems to believe that traitors like Moore have the right to criticize Our Leader and His wise policies. Maybe the book will clear it up.

I haven't read it yet--I'm waiting for my copy to arrive--but Bryan Young, one of the guys behind This Divided State has, and he thought it was great. Here's his review.
