Rewarding Olbermann

The French seem to be rewarding Keith Olbermann for his Murrowesque act of treason by buying his book. In less than 24 hours, it's jumped from around #19,000 to #19 in Amazon's rankings.
I blame Amazon. They make it far too easy to buy it.
