The LA Times reports the reaction of one liberty-loving Lebanese university graduate to the news that his government has banned Lady Gaga's latest album:
“Lebanese authorities cannot form a functional government but manage to ban Lady Gaga's album, due to religious sensitivities," said Lebanese university graduate Dyala Badran. "I think they need to get their priorities straight.”It's unconscionable that the Lebanese government would bend so easily to the will of mullahs. Thank God that would never happen here.

Boxfuls of Lady Gaga's newest album "Born this Way" were intercepted and impounded at Beirut's international airport by Lebanese authorities late last week as potentially offensive to the country's Christian population.Uh...As I said, thank God the Lebanese government heard the cries of offended Christians and rebuked that harlot, Lady Gaga. I hoped they burned those blasphemous albums.
Elsewhere: Rick Santorum is angry at Google for including links to web pages about the word "santorum" in search results for his last name, "Santorum:"
I would suggest that if they have done other things to stop this kind of vile activity and filth on the internet that they should apply it equally to me and everybody else.As much as I respect Mr. Santorum, I think his anger is misdirected.
