Thanks for sending the McKay bio and This Was the Place the Darker Side of Mormon Zion. Growing up, I was only allowed to read "faith-promoting" books. I didn't realize that more historically accurate works were available until I was in my twenties. It opened up a whole new world to me. I can't get enough of it. It's my history.
