Goofus and Gallant: A DOJ Human Resources Primer
Monica Goodling brought human resource management best practices to the Department of Justice. Her collaboration with Highlights to create a Goofus and Gallant human resource primer is about as cutting edge as it gets. It's the kind of work one expects from a Regents University Law School grad.
